We want you to love your purchase! Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible.
Most orders on our website are fulfilled through Affiliate Linked Partners & Direct Brand Partners.
- These orders are processed, shipped, and returns are handled entirely by the merchant. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for fulfillment, customer service, or returns & refunds for these orders. Please review the merchant’s return policy at checkout.
For Ranch To Sea Boutique™ and Canyon Sage Coastal Shine™ Products- (fulfilled by our trusted production partners)
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement for unused, unworn items in original packaging with tags attached (proof of purchase required). All returns and replacements are subject to review and approval.
Eligibility: Applies to standard products (tees, hoodies, jewelry, etc.). Custom, personalized, sale, or final-sale items are non-returnable.
How to Return: Email contact@ranchtoseaboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and any issue. We will review your request and provide next steps, which may include a return label (prepaid only in cases of defects or errors on our part; otherwise customer-paid). Approved items must be shipped back to our trusted production partner within 7 days of approval.
Damages or Defects: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos. We will work with our trusted production partners to arrange a remake or refund where possible.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective due to a production error. Allow 3–5 extra days for bank processing.
Exchanges: Not available directly — please return for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.
General Notes
- All returns on Ranch To Sea Boutique™ and Canyon Sage Coastal Shine™ products require prior approval. Late or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Because our products are made-to-order, returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or similar reasons may not always be approved and are at our sole discretion.
We currently do not ship Ranch To Sea Boutique™ and Canyon Sage Coastal Shine™ products outside the United States.
